We will continue to support our plugins and addons through CodeCanyon direct messaging but we have discontinued TICKETED SUPPORT through our website.

With that said, we will continue to make our plugins better as often as possible but we will no longer be supporting it through our ticket system due to the time it takes to do so for issues unrelated to our plugin. Once you have read through the documentation and/or watched our video you can leave a message for us or leave a comment on the plugin page and we can help you.

Most of the support requests received are related to server setup or other plugin conflicts. We have sufficient documentation and videos that can help you set up the plugin so it works. If this is not possible after reading the documentation or viewing the videos, you can immediately request a refund through CodeCanyon.
