We have discontinued ticketed support for our plugins and addons.

With that said, we will continue to make our plugins better as often as possible but we will no longer be supporting it due to the time it takes to do so for issues unrelated to our plugin.

Most of the support requests received are related to server setup or other plugin conflicts. We have sufficient documentation and videos that can help you set up the plugin so it works. If this is not possible after reading the documentation or viewing the videos, you can immediately request a refund through CodeCanyon.
