This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Future Design Group collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the futuredesigngroup.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Future Design Group.

This policy applies where we are acting as a data controller with respect to the personal data of our website visitors and service users; in other words, where we determine the purposes and means of the processing of that personal data.

You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time. In order to do this, you can visit the “Unsubscribe” link that is present in all newsletter emails from us. Direct communication can be halted by email request.

    Financial transactions relating to our website and services are OR may be handled by our payment services providers, Quickbooks, Stripe, and PayPal. AdvertisingAds appearing on our site may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile non-personal identification information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This privacy policy does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Retaining and deleting personal data

Our data retention policies and procedure, which are designed to help ensure that we comply with our legal obligations in relation to the retention and deletion of personal data.

Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.

We will retain your personal data as follows:

  1. email, phone and/or address will be retained for a minimum period of (6) six months following the collection date, and for a maximum period of (1) one year following the collection date.
  2. billing details will be retained for a minimum period of (1) month following the subscription date and for a maximum period of (6) six months following the subscription end date.

In some cases, it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained. In such cases, we will determine the period of retention based on the following criteria:

  1. The period of retention of email, phone and/or address will be determined based on contact date/time and or subscription period.

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

Google Adsense

Some of the ads may be served by Google. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to Users based on their visit to our Site and other sites on the Internet. Future Design Group has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page and send you an email. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
